Remembrance is a proud and poignant occasion for many Freemasons; 1 in 6 of all Victoria Cross recipients during WW1 were members of the fraternity, and Freemasonsโ€™ Hall in London – the HQ of the United Grand Lodge of England – was conceived of and constructed as a memorial to the 3,225 Freemasons who died on active service in the Great War. โฃโฃ
