A great first meeting for 2022, with Bro. Scott Brimson being Passed to the Second Degree.
The meeting was very well-attended, with visitors on the night including W.Bro. Richard Winter APGM and members of the Provincial Team, on the occasion of their fraternal visit.
A delegation from Lodge Uno Corde No. 5736 based in Keynsham delivered the Travelling Trowel into our keeping, while representatives from Elizabethan’s mother lodge, St Luke’s No. 6540, were also in attendance, prompting W.Bro Malcolm Toogood to deliver a short history of the bond between the two lodges.
As was remarked on the evening, social visits to other Lodges is the lifeblood of Freemasonry and one of the most enjoyable aspects of what we do – we look forward to welcoming yet more visitors from Somerset and beyond throughout the year.
