Charity is central to what we do as Freemasons, so it was an absolute pleasure for our current IPM W.Bro Stuart Burrell (far-right), accompanied by Bro. Andy Grimes (centre), to hand over a cheque for £1500 – raised through various raffles and fundraisers held during the formers recent year as WM of Elizabethan Lodge – to Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
This wonderful organisation is the UK’s leading charity supporting people with cystic fibrosis, funding vital research, improving care, and helping CF sufferers to live longer, healthier, happier lives. This charity was chosen in loving memory of Bro. Andy’s late wife, Gina – a wonderful woman who herself lived with CF, and to whom this donation is dedicated.
